Who We Are

All About Us

Founders Bill Sparks and Sarah Garfield established Los Angelitos in 2008 after noticing the disparity between the "haves" and "have nots" within the community when their own children were young.  Their goal has been to reduce the cost of existing youth programs for low-income children in Encinitas so that, regardless of economics, all children can participate in healthy after school activities.
